A Children's Charity are currently looking for a CRM Operations Executive. To ensure best practice use of supporter data to drive the strategy of supporter communications, supporter contact management and data management. Please note this role is a 9 FTC.
Develop strong relationships with internal teams, in order to position data and insight at the heart of decision-making processes
Support the team in uploading data to the CARENG database so that all supporter transactions, contact details, preferences and other data are continually updated and always accurate
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, e.g. true and proper capture of Data Protection preferences, correct capture of Gift Aid Declarations
Meeting set targets to ensure visibility to the teams within Fundraising of the performance/status of imports
Planning Executives to provide coherent, practical and valuable support to internal clients
Managing your own work, balancing routine tasks with more complex projects so that both achieve their goals.
Experience of working in a Fundraising or Marketing environment.
Ability to manage competing workloads
Superb attention to detail along with commitment to developing highest levels of data quality and integrity
Logical approach to solving technical and complex problems
Good understanding of and demonstrable experience using relational databases in a similar role
An outstanding eye for detail and thoroughness, even when under pressure
Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and Access
Strong numeric and verbal reasoning skills
Experience in SQL, Talend, Care, ACM & FastStats an advantage
